Call for ER papers

The International Conference on Conceptual Modeling (ER) is the leading international forum for current research on conceptual modeling and trendsetting applications. The topics of interest span the entire spectrum of conceptual modeling: theoretical and ontological foundation, methods and tools for developing and communicating conceptual models and meta models, techniques for transforming conceptual models into effective implementations, and the impact of conceptual modeling techniques on databases, business strategies and information systems development. We solicit submission of original research papers, as well as experience and vision papers from both practitioners and researchers. In addition, we welcome submissions of Workshop, Tutorial, Panel and Demo Proposals. Topics of interests include, but are not restricted to

Submission Guidelines

The proceedings will be published in the Springer LNCS series; therefore, manuscripts must follow the LNCS author guidelines. The page limit for full papers is 14, for short papers 8. Manuscripts not submitted in the LNCS style or exceeding the page limit will not be reviewed and automatically rejected. A paper submitted to ER 2017 must not be under review for any other conference or journal during the time it is being considered for ER 2017. Submitted papers must demonstrate to be aware of the state-of-the art literature in conceptual modeling by properly citing relevant papers in the field. Submission is via EasyChair (link).
